He is also the founder and Managing Director of Bryanston Capital, a private investment company, which invests in commercial real estate assets where opportunities exist to add value through active management and development.
From 2003 to 2005 Robert Auerbach was a Director of Melford Capital Limited where he focused on the acquisition, management and disposal of commercial real estate assets.
From 1993 - 2003 Robert Auerbach worked for N.M. Rothschild & Sons Limited in the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets divisions.
From 2001 he managed Rothschild's Technology Investment Banking group, based in London.
In 1998 Robert Auerbach received his MBA from INSEAD. On re-joining the Investment Banking division of N. M. Rothschild in 1999 he focused on advising clients in the engineering, electronics, defence and technology industries on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint-ventures and strategic business development.
Between 1993 and 1997 he worked for the Equity Capital Markets division, which became a joint venture with ABN AMRO Bank in 1996, ABN AMRO Rothschild, where he advised on a number of large scale privatisations, IPO's and secondary offerings.
Harry Hart is the founder and managing director of Melford Capital Ltd, an investment management company based in London.
In addition to his activities at Melford Capital, Harry Hart also serves on the board of a number of other companies, including the Bryanston Kenmore Leisure Fund Ltd, the Federal Consultancy group, Humble Pie International Ltd and PowerPlay Entertainment. He also advises a family trust on strategic investment opportunities (in both real estate and private equity transactions).
Prior to founding Melford Capital, Harry Hart successfully built, operated and sold two specialist real estate investment businesses, Gilbran Group, (1996-2002) and Arcadia Land PLC (1991-1996).
